Cancellation Timeframes
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the consultation may receive a partial refund or credit toward future services. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the consultation are generally non-refundable.
Service Cancellations by Us
In the event that we must cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. We will notify you as soon as possible if cancellation becomes necessary.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Rescheduling Policy
Instead of cancellation, you may request to reschedule your consultation, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled appointment.
